- This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is nestled among towering pines and located on the 17th fairway with views across to the 13th fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course.
- The living areas offer ample spaces for family gatherings as well as privacy for enjoying a cozy evening close to the kitchen and deck.
- The fully stocked kitchen and grill provides ample opportunity for cooking and meals.
- A spacious west facing deck beckons for relaxation, outdoor dining and views of the golf course, forest and wildlife and some pretty awesome sunsets.
- Walk to the pool across the street; pool towels thoughtfully provided for you by the owner of this home.
- Nearby are hiking trails at Plumas Eureka State Park, the Lakes Basin and many mountain lakes/streams.
- Four additional championship golf courses are nearby within 15 miles. The surrounding community has many fine outstanding restaurants.

All Vacation Rentals are fully supplied with:
-Bed and bath linens- Paper products such as T.P. Kleenex, paper towels, garbage bag liners
- Wrapped bar soap,
- Dishwasher soap
- Laundry soap
- Well appointed kitchen and a washer and dryer for your use!
Your vacation rental also has a gas BBQ, satellite or streaming T.V. service, wifi. Winter reservations (November 1 through Mid-May include a start up kit of firewood.) All homes are NON-SMOKING.
