- This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is sweetly and beautifully situated to take in the peaceful and tranquil view of Madora Creek.
- This home was purchased unfurnished and that means it is ALL new. New linens, furniture, cookware, patio furniture etc. This home has a regular coffee maker that uses grounds.
- There are two flat-screen TVs located in the living room and master bedroom. The living room includes a Blu-ray player (with loads of DVDs to choose from) and a retro Atari game system. The home includes high-speed wireless internet for your favorite streaming services.
- The amazing two tiered deck has beautiful new patio furniture for lounging, dining, coffee, and group seating. You will LOVE this deck and the privacy of where this home is located. Near enough to the pool to walk and not have to load up the car!
- This home is great home base for the incredible Mountain Biking the Lost Sierra has to offer including Mills Peak, Mount Hough and the world famous Downieville trail system.
- Also available is a Cornhole set for the back deck and a Ping-pong table for use in the garage!
- Nearby are hiking trails at Plumas Eureka State Park, the Lakes Basin and many mountain lakes/streams.
- Five championship golf courses are nearby within 15 miles. The surrounding community has many fine outstanding restaurants.

The only nit picky thing I had with this property is that we could not locate a carbon monoxide detector in the home and one of the smoke alarms battery was low. We try to remember to bring our own detector but forgot and were disappointed this home did not have one. Its very important to have a carbon monoxide detector in every home. Because it didnt have one, we slept with the windows open every night but not a big deal because it was hot; but if guests were there in the winter, it could be an issue. Please make sure a carbon monoxide detector is in every home you rent. Again, maybe there was one in there, but we couldnt find it. Maybe just listing in your amenities you list that its there to ease anxious minds like mine :).
Manager response from Ellen : All of our homes are required to have working smoke and CO detectors per California regulations. I am so sorry that you were unable to locate the CO detector in this home. I checked with the owner and it is a hardwired system, located in the kitchen. We are available 7 days a week 9-4 for questions regarding the home and we would have been happy to answer this question during your stay. Also, we HAVE listed in the amenities section that the home has smoke detectors and a CO detector for your comfort in knowing our homes are supplied with these safety features!
