- Large flat screen T.V. in the living room and in the upstairs master bedroom. DVD player and stereo system as well. Dishnet satellite service.
- A well stocked kitchen and a large seating area in the living room make this a perfect townhome for your large golf group or family.
- Ceiling fan in the living room
- With a deck that looks out on the course and a gas BBQ, sit back and relax and start your vacation!
- Oh and BTW, there is a sleeper queen sofa too!
- Patio furniture includes a wrought iron table and chairs, an umbrella for shade and an Upper balcony, off of the upstairs master bedroom to enjoy the mountain golf course view.

Did You Know?
All Vacation Rentals are fully supplied with:
-Bed and bath linens- Paper products such as T.P. Kleenex, paper towels, garbage bag liners
- Wrapped bar soap,
- Dishwasher soap
- Laundry soap
- Well appointed kitchen and a washer and dryer for your use!
Your vacation rental also has a gas BBQ, satellite or streaming T.V. service, wifi. Winter reservations (November 1 through Mid-May include a start up kit of firewood.) All homes are NON-SMOKING.

The renting process is professional and easy. I managed all of the correspondence on line and the communication was excellent with great explanations of the area, directions, standards and safety. Since we arrived after business hours, the packet was conveniently located per the instructions. Directions to the business office and townhouse were easy to navigate.

Plumas Pines is a beautiful area. Aspen Circle 10 is large enough to accommodate up to 10 guests. Great view of golf course and surrounding hills. Quiet and very relaxing. The deck is such a wonderful feature along with the large patio table.

Your reservation with us includes use of our pool located on Cottonwood drive in the Plumas Pines Neighborhood. Memorial weekend through Mid September, weather permitting.
