All Vacation Rentals are fully supplied with:
-Bed and bath linens- Paper products such as T.P. Kleenex, paper towels, garbage bag liners

- Well appointed kitchen and a washer and dryer for your use!
Your vacation rental also has a gas BBQ, satellite or streaming T.V. service, wifi. Winter reservations (November 1 through Mid-May include a start up kit of firewood.) All homes are NON-SMOKING.

We have been renting from Plumas Pines Vacation Homes for several years and have never been disappointed. They correct any issues if any right away, communicate above and beyond and all the staff is very nice and approachable.

The home was how is was described. The kitchen utensils, glassware, pots and pans etc were very clean and everything we needed was there. I enjoyed and appreciated the water filter and ice machine in fridge so we didnt have to bring bottled water and go get a bag of ice for cocktails etc...

3 night minimum over holidays. 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year. Use of the pool at 126 Cottonwood is included with your reservation with us!
