This home is located at the end of the street, so it was very private. We enjoyed watching the ducks on the pond and golfers on the course from the patio. We even saw a bald eagle soaring overhead. The kitchen is nicely updated, along with several bathrooms, and looks to be freshly painted. All the kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, bed linens, towels, and most of the furniture--was brand new! It was clean and well-maintained with comfortable furniture. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. So glad it had A/C as it gets warm sometimes in the afternoon/evening. We also found two breweries nearby, and really cute shops. We also loved the coffee shops and the local Frostee.

Plumas Pines Vacation Homes and Rentals responded to our every need on this group cycling getaway. They found the perfect house to accommodate our group. The house was perfect for our needs with just the right amount of outdoor and indoor space, and a well-equipped home. I would definitely rent this house again.

It's almost like talking to our friends while making our vacation plans. See you both in June and October of next year!

The rocking chairs were a hit, and the home was well stocked with items for kitchen use. We're going to go back to 39 Graeagle Meadows for a third time this coming June. Love the pet friendly accommodations, back yard is attractive and comfortable to "hang in". The home is well appointed and well stocked. If you have an electric car, you can charge it in the car port.

Plumas Pines Vacation homes are great, staff, homes and service. Communication is great, no improvements needed.

Home was in great shape

The entire experience working with Plumas Pines is top notch. From initial search, to booking, the quality of the properties to the easy checking in and out, why go anywhere else!

We always choose this home, have stayed here at least 3 times. Great location on the 17th fairway, beautiful setting amongst the trees, very quiet (except for the occasional passing hacker). Home is super comfortable, modern appointments yet homey. Has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Looking forward to our next mini vacation.

We've rented several houses before on this same street, and this one feels more open, inviting, and with tons more amenities. Well stocked with everything!

Team was very helpful and responsive. Rented two places 135 Cottonwood & 26 Alder. Asked for pack-n-play for my granddaughter and got it. Jennifer was very helpful.
